Besides the Curriculum for Living, there are about 25
seminars which run on a regular basis, a Communication Course curriculum,
a Wisdom Unlimited Course curriculum, and the Introduction to the Landmark
Forum Leaders Program (ILFLP). The Communication curriculum consists
of two weekend-long courses--Communication: Acccess to Power and Communication:
Power and Performance--followed by the Team Management Leaders Program
(TMLP) which lasts about a year. These courses are about effective
and powerful communication and effective team working. The Wisdom
curriculum is not presently complete. It currently has two year-long
courses and will have two more at a later date. This is an inquiry
into what it means to play as an adult. It makes life easy and joyful;
I have seen tremendous quality of life changes in people who have done
these courses. The IFLP is a training program in personal integrity
and enrollment which leaves a person with tremendous freedom and the ability
to stimulate others to pursue great things. It is also the entry
level program for leadership positions within Landmark Education Corporation.
Many people take the seminars ongoingly. It keeps
these conversations alive for them in their lives. I find that the
people who take the Wisdom Course have a profoundly gentle, related, and
easy approach to life. I have never seen such a life enhancing program
anywhere. People really enjoy the Communication curriculum and seem
to have fun at it. It is very helpful for mastery in organizing and
working with groups. The leadership programs give people the power
to get extraordinary things done in the world, the ability to profoundly
listen to others and contribute to them, and the competence to truly invent
how they would like their life to be and make it happen.
I have only done one seminar as part of the Curriculum
for Living. I cannot comment on the series. I have not participated
in the Communication curriculum. My experience mid-way through the
WisdomCourse is that I am exposing and loosening fundimental ways of being
in life. For example, for me, "they're out to get me" (a recurring
theme in my life) is being altered to "the world is a warm easy place to
be where things work". It is bringing subtle yet profound changes.
The ILFLP gave me a powerful relatedness with people everywhere.
I used to be quite aloof and I now have great conversations with strangers
in the supermarket. The program is designed to have you alive to
the opportunities to contribute to others. It does this, in part,
by having the participants go beyond self-imposed and imaginary limits
which we thought were real.
